Many of our customers already embarked on the journey to the cloud with their IT platforms. Some are in the process of implementing new cloud-based solutions. In the pharmaceutical industry Veeva Vault has emerged as one of the leaders and we are looking for experienced consultants to help us deliver solutions and services related to the Veeva Vault Platform.

Our team operates as a partner with Client’s business and IT teams proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

The following include some of the key responsibilities of a Veeva Vault Specialist:

  • Configuration of our Clients’ systems built on Veeva Development Cloud/Vault Platform

  • Provide expertise in Veeva Development Cloud suite as a certified Vault platform administrator and configuration specialist.

  • Manage configuration changes for Vault Platform per agreed priority backlog items in JIRA.

  • Participate in impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes and ensuring impact is understood by the stakeholders

  • Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Veeva Vault Platform evolves to meet business needs

  • Ensure Vault Platform remains compliant as a Validated Solution through verification testing, documentation, and validation efforts

  • Collaborate with Clinet and Veeva teams

  • Manage and maintain meta data in Vault (picklists, organizational data, etc.)

Applicant Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, and Science OR in a related field.
  • Real-life industry/business experience of working in a GxP environment

  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), processes

  • Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault/Veeva Clinical Suite/ Veeva Regulatory Suite/Veeva Quality Suite). The role holder has completed the Certified Vault Training and is up to date.

  • Problem solving skills are required to solve business process issues identified in the backlog
  • Additionally, the candidate may identify problems with the product and should be sufficiently skilled to confidently propose solutions to the Product Manager and if required work with the Vendor
  • Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both a business and a technical audience.

  • The ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort.

  • Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, English-speaking environmen

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.
